Exchanges or returns


We understand if something isn't always the right ‘fit.’   If your High Density product is defective, let us know.  If you’re not happy with it, let us know.   If you need to make an exchange for a different size or color, we can help.  We will gladly accept returns within 30 days of items that are in new condition, with original tags attached. Return items must not be washed, worn, or altered. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. Your account will be credited for the original amount that was paid for the merchandise, less shipping fees, upon processing of the returned item(s). The credit should appear on your next statement. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.

This address can only be used to return items purchased at FlyHighDensity.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.  If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.  Only merchandise received by our warehouse will be credited.

If you're exchanging an item because of a mistake on the part of FlyHighDensity.com or because of quality issues, we will pay the shipping cost to send a replacement item to you. The replacement order will be sent via Standard Delivery.

Returned items for exchange will be credited to the original form of payment and a new order will be placed for replacement item(s). Availability of replacement item is not guaranteed. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of exchange processing.
